While the COVID-19 pandemic remains active, we continue to encourage the use of low-contact interactions such as drive-up windows, online and mobile services, ATMs, and phones. However, if you need to meet with us in an office, we are now able to accept a limited number of walk-ins at certain branches.

The Alburgh, Barre, Berlin, Burlington (North Avenue), Colchester, East Montpelier, Lyndonville, Newport, and Orleans lobbies will be open from 9am to 5pm, M–F. The Montpelier branch within the National Life building is open from 8am to 4pm, M–F.

Please be aware there are total occupancy rules set by the State of Vermont for each of our branches. The total number of people (including our employees) allowed in the building differs for each location and our staff may ask you to wait outside as a result.

South Burlington (Swift Street) will remain open from 9am to 5pm, M–F, by appointment only at this time. Before scheduling an in-person appointment, please consider using our drive-ups, ATMs, and remote services. If these options do not work, contact our Member Resource Team at (802) 657-6847 or toll-free at (800) 660-3258 to schedule a time to come in. When you call, we will need:
  • Your name
  • Account number
  • Reason for the appointment
  • Preferred day and time
  • Best phone number or email to contact you
To allow for social distancing and thorough office cleanings between visits, appointment availability may be limited. Also, please be aware no more than two members will be allowed per appointment and they must be from the same household.

VISITING A BRANCH
To enter any of our buildings, the following will apply:
  • No fever, cough, or difficulty breathing
  • Your nose and mouth must be covered by a mask
  • At least six feet of space must be maintained between yourself and anyone who is not a part of your household
  • Maximum capacity limits enforced, as required by the State of Vermont

THANK YOU!
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have questions or need to schedule an appointment, please call us during regular business hours and we’ll be happy to help.
