We share true stories of member experiences and information to help you avoid falling victim to a scam. If you ever have questions about the validity of a request for money or information about your account, contact us.

With just a few pieces of information, a criminal could use your good credit to do their holiday shopping. How long would it take you to notice?

Some people don’t realize their identity has been stolen until their credit card is denied, or they’re turned down for a loan. Use your credit with confidence, but don’t take its safety for granted.
  1. Review your credit card and account statements. If anything is amiss, contact us right away. We’ll let you know what we can do to help, and what you should do next.
  2. Check your credit score. This can be done online through reputable companies at no charge.
  3. Request your free credit report once a year, and make sure the information is accurate. Even if no fraud occurred, you may find honest mistakes were made that could affect your credit score.
